Shipping + Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
How long does it take to ship?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product. Usually, you can expect to receive tracking info for your order within 24-48 hours.
How long does it take for the tracking to update?
Most orders ship USPS and although we drop them off, they usually take 24-48 hours to be scanned in and updated by USPS.
Return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (lest the cost of original shipping) to your original payment method. All items must be unwashed, unworn and free of all scents and perfumes. All returned items must have ALL original tags still attached. All sale items are final sale. All hats, beanies, scarves, gloves and shoes are also final sale. If you return any item that doesn't fulfill the above requirements your return will be rejected by our returns department and shipped back to you at your expense.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
